Good quality, delivery a bit slow
I bought a pair of gold bangles. Quality was good and they had BIS hallmark. Delivery took 6 days to reach Bangalore. Customer service was helpful when I called to check status. Packaging was secure.
Temple jewellery good, but prices high
I got some temple jewellery, a choker necklace, during their Akshaya Tritiya special offer. The craftsmanship is truly beautiful, very detailed and unique compared to other stores. I appreciated the zero making charges deal that time, it made a difference. However, even with the offer, the overall price felt a bit on the higher side, which is expected for such intricate pieces I guess. Delivery was prompt for Hyderabad. Their range of antique gold jewellery is impressive, but I wish they had more options for lightweight daily wear gold earrings that were also distinct.
